Purchase Instruction

  • We reserve the right to accept orders. In the event that your order(s) is/are not accepted, we would contact you by whatsapp, phone or email. You may choose to refund or exchange any item with same value (you need to pay the price difference if the selected item is more expensive). We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • If you purchase multiple items, please check out in the same shopping cart. Please note that we are not able to merge numerous orders to deliver in one-go.

  • Shipping schedule is from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Your parcel will be sent out in 1-4 working days after confirmation. If there is any pre-order item, please pay attention to the delivery date. We will arrange the delivery as soon as possible.

  • If the recipient’s information is incomplete or incorrect, shipping time will be postponed. Shipping time will also be delayed if we have system update or stock taking. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • If the parcel is rejected due to incorrect information provided or no one pick up the parcel, customer needs to pay for the extra delivery charge.
